Great

Great for direct or indirect cooking. Did a rack of lamb. Direct heat for 10 mins. Then covered the bottom tray with foil for indirect heat. Cooked for a further 20 mins on the middle rack. Did vegetable and top and foil covered fish on bottom. Perfecr for easaul tandoor
